SEOUL, Jan 20 (Reuters) - South Korean sport utility vehicle maker Ssangyong Motor Co <003620.KS> plans to seek a 50 percent cut in January salaries, a company spokesman said on Tuesday, as the cash-strapped company fights to avoid bankruptcy.
