The chief executive of state-run Saudi Arabian mining company Maaden said Monday that its initial public offering was likely to take place in December, adding that it has no plans to do a separate IPO of its aluminum business. Abdallah Dabbagh told Dow Jones Newswires: "The final date will be determined by the [Saudi] Capital Markets Authority.
